These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services offered by Bob Fisher Recovery (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a recovery coaching and consulting business based in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada. By using this website or engaging our coaching services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
1. Nature of Services
Bob Fisher Recovery provides non-clinical recovery coaching and related support services, generally delivered online by Zoom or a similar videoconferencing tool across Canada. Recovery coaching is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis intervention. Please also review our Website Disclaimer.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. By engaging our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement, or that you have parental or guardian consent where applicable.
3. Coaching Engagement
- A coaching relationship is established only when both parties agree, typically through a written coaching agreement and payment of any applicable fees.
- Sessions are by appointment. Fees, session length, and cancellation terms will be communicated to you before sessions begin.
- You remain responsible for your own choices, behaviour, health, and well-being at all times. Coaching is a collaborative process, and outcomes depend largely on your participation.
4. Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds
Fees are payable as agreed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated in your coaching agreement, sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Refund eligibility, if any, will be set out in your coaching agreement.
